By accessing or using Hoppa (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Hoppa is a B2B SaaS invoicing platform designed for freelancers and small businesses.
Hoppa provides online invoicing and payment tracking tools. The Service includes features such as invoice creation, PDF generation, customer management, payment integration via Mollie, and automated payment reminders. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Hoppa offers subscription plans with monthly or annual billing. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You agree to pay all charges associated with your subscription. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, you will have access to the full features of your selected plan. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically begin unless you cancel prior to the trial end date. After the 7-day free trial ends, the user must select a paid plan to keep using the SaaS and its features.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Hoppa and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoppa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to liability.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon termination, your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
