Hoppa does not offer refunds. All purchases and subscription payments are final.
We provide all new users with a 7-day free trial to test the software risk-free. During this trial period, you have full access to all features included in your selected plan. This allows you to thoroughly evaluate whether Hoppa meets your business needs before committing to a paid subscription.
No payment information is required to start your free trial. At the end of the 7-day period, your subscription will only begin if you choose to provide payment details and continue with the service.
While we do not offer refunds, you can cancel your subscription at any timefrom your dashboard. Here's how cancellation works:
